The Quipsound Service
Quipsound’s prime objective is to provide a tailor-made service that will be most suitable for your requirements. We offer the widest range of options and together we will assess the most appropriate for you. Our main services are audit retrieval, mail in and desk audit.
Our audit retrieval service entails using Quipsound’s fully trained, full time, permanent employees, to extract eligible VAT invoices from expense packages and accounts payable files, replacing a copy of the invoice in the same location from which the original was taken, and leaving files in good order.
Quipsound has a unique and pro-active audit retrieval methodology.
We use our own employees, who spend most of their time preparing actual VAT claims for the 30 plus countries from which VAT can be recovered. We do not use temporary staff or sub-contractors, since they do not have the experience of our full-time employees.
We also use our vast experience and data analysis to target retrieval opportunities which would not be located by other low-tech approaches.
Our mail-in service is mainly for clients with smaller recoveries, where audit retrieval is not usually cost-effective.
We provide advice, guidance and training to your staff, to ensure that the required invoices are pulled and sent to us for processing.
A unique service offered by Quipsound is the desk audit. This is where the client sends whole expense reports or files of accounts payable invoices to one of our operational facilities. We retrieve the invoices required for VAT recovery, replacing a copy of the invoice in the same location from which the original was taken, and leaving files in good order. We then return the reports or files to the client following extraction.
Whichever service you use, Quipsound is flexible if you want to switch between services at a later stage.
