What is needed to make a claim?

1. The original invoices (these are returned to you following processing).
   
   
2. A form from your local taxing authority showing that you are a registered corporation, partnership or sole trader. In the USA, the form is available from the IRS, and we will obtain it for you.
   
   
3. A simple application form.
